Being a Wai Care group makes you part of a much larger environmental community and the Wai Care Database is the easiest way of linking you with others. The database has been developed to help groups store and manage data. Data has been collected by Wai Care groups from all over the Auckland Region since 1999.
For a monitoring programme to work most effectively you should take full advantage of the information that you’ve collected. Coordinators check and verify data once it has been loaded and once verified, the data will be ‘posted’ to the site. Anybody entering the web site will be able to look at this information.
